I have multiple businesses at different location, can all the businesses share the same account?
For each business will require to subscribe for 1 individual account. However for the same business that are having multiple branches you can use the "Location" function to maintain different "Services" available at different "Location". Contact us to learn more.
How does the Solo/Small Enterprise 10 custom features/integration limit works?
Out of all features and paid integrations that are available, you can choose 10 to enable. If you enable 10, and need to enable another one, you will need to disable one of the enabled ones and enable the other one you want.
If my business grow and I need more custom features or more employees, can I upgrade my plan to SME account?
Yes, you can request for an account upgrade when you see the needs, however it is subject for availability of license.
What are the payment options that this software currently supports?
Our software currently only supporting the processing of payment by Stripe or PayPal. We have an option of "on-site payment" to allow customer to only pay while meeting face-to-face.
Is it possible to have the Admin portal to display at my preferred language?
Sorry that for Admin Portal it is currently only available in English, however for the Customer Booking Page you are able to switch to other language under the "Customize" tab.
Do you have the "Package" function to allow my customer to purchase a bundle package and have the system tracking on their utilization of quota?
Unfortunately the "Package" function is still under development. However if this function is necessary, you can try this workaround:-
Setting the appointment to recurring and then setting “Limit number of recurring appointments” to e.g. Min: 6 and Max 6. That way the client is forced to schedule (and pay) all 6 appointments included in the package upfront. And you may enable the reschedule function that they can amend on their service booking at later stage.
