Customer Profile
Your customers will be able to log in to your booking website. Each customer can create a profile by clicking on the Login button in the upper right corner. Under the customer profile, they can manage their appointments.

Choose from eight predefined themes for the booking page, in either light or dark version, and customize it with primary and background colors and patterns, fonts, and themes for the objects to create the appearance that matches the look and feel of your brand.

Add Appointment to Calendar for Customers
Customers can easily add the appointment details to their calendars by clicking on the "add to calendar" button after scheduling the appointment. The appointment will be automatically added to Google, Outlook or iCal calendar.

Share Appointments
On the Appointments page, you can find a button Share Booking form, which will allow you to share the details of an appointment with your customer quickly.

Unlimited Customer
Admin and employees can manage customers, edit their info, keep track of loyal customers and export and import lists of customers.

Admin’s Page and Calendar View
Admin’s page can be used by account owners and each employee, depending on the role settings. In addition, Admin can view all bookings with breakdowns by employees in the overview calendar.

Insightful Dashboard
KPI Dashboard will show you a glimpse performance of your business. Widgets show how many new customers and revenue you had in the desired period, employee occupancy and occupancy per day and other data measurements for the successful business.

Invoices
Export invoices or send them to your customers once they complete the payment for the service. Create and manage taxes related to your service prices from your admin dashboard. Add tax to the price or include tax in the price and choose whether you want to set tax as default, apply to all services or apply to all extras.

Managing multiple services and service categories is easy in our system. For example, you can edit service appearance for the front-end, locations, duration, price, taxes, and create hidden (private) services.

Managing Appointments
Create, browse, edit appointments, and change the statuses of the appointments from the admin page. You can also easily export data of your appointments or customers.

Rescheduling and Canceling
Inside the customer profiles, as well as in the email notifications, customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments in a few clicks - which results in decrease in no-shows.

Deposit Payment
When you set deposit payments, your customers will have to pay a certain amount during the booking, and the rest of the amount on the spot. Add fixed or variable prices for the deposit and enable deposit for all services or for each individual service.

Add a Facebook Pixel code to your booking page to track conversions from Facebook ads and optimize your ads based on the collected data.
